The way that every stitches is created, the slow flow of time that passes after every punch of the needle, the thoughts and events around every stitch, this is how my embroidery soaks the life surrounding it. Sometimes I remember the places and things that happend during the particular piece making. Sometimes I don’t. But every time I feel the roots of the hoop art.
